Wahm Folder is now offering free mystery auctions. Rachel & Becky are in no way responsible for any auction besides those they list themselves or bid on. We suggest that all payments be made via PayPal or a similar service. If your items are not delivered you then may simply file with PayPal to have them issue a refund. We also suggest you do not ship your item without payment.
In order to list or bid on any mystery auction, you must read the rules below then send an eMail to WahmFolder@gMail.com requesting a copy of the rules to sign. You may then electronically sign and send them back. Once I receive your signature, I will send you a link to the auctions.
When you bid on a box or single item, you are only bidding on the box. Anything that the seller puts in the box is a gift to you. If you feel that the items are not worth what the seller stated then you may contact me. I am not responsible for what you receive but I am responsible for making sure people are not listing items here if they are not being honest.

Rules
- Everyone participating must submit their full name to WahmFolder@gMail.com and request a copy of the rules. Once the rules are received, they must be electronically signed and sent back to WahmFolder@gMail.com. Members must always use the same eMail address when listing or bidding. If a member needs to change their address for any reason, a new copy of the rules will need to be requested from the new address and signed. In this case, your old eMail address will be displayed in the member's section along with your new address.
- Currently we have two types of mystery auction listings. You may list an entire box of items or one single item.
- When listing a box, it must be one of the three flat rate boxes that usps offers. You need to send an eMail to WahmFolder@gMail.com with your name, box size and starting bid. You may list the estimated total value of the items in the box. People will be allowed to over-bid the value if they would like but it may help if they have some idea of what the box is worth. Shipping will be based on the flat-rate box that you are using. No handling fees may be applied.
- When listing an individual item, you must specify shipping before listing. You may estimate your cost of shipping. However, if actual cost is more, you may not ask for more money. If actual cost is less, it is okay within reason. If a member is repeatedly over estimating shipping by a large amount and members complain, we will be forced to refuse future auctions. To list a single item please send an eMail with your name, starting bid, shipping cost and estimated value of your item.
- Auctions will run from 12am CST Tuesday until 12pm CST the following Monday. You may add an auction at any time during the week but it will still end on Monday at 12pm. Bids will be placed according to the time that my eMail says they were receieved.
- After winning an auction, you will have until 12pm CST on the following Wednesday to send payment to the seller. All items must then be shipped by the end of the business day on the following Monday.
- Delivery Confirmation numbers are not required but we do encourage them in order to protect the seller. If a complaint is made against you for non delivery or late delivery, and you cannot provide a DC number, we have no choice other than to believe the winning bidder.
- Rachel Duvall, Rebecca Maynard, Wahm Folder or anyone associated with www.WahmFolder.com will not be held responsible for any transactions resulting from auctions on this site. You must take action with the money transfer service that you choose to use if there is a problem with the product or shipment and the seller does not resolve the issue.
